Video Review |
We inspect your roof by actually walking on it, and
film it with a video camera. This gives us the best possible
view while allowing you, the client, to share in the
experience by reviewing the video with your inspector. This
is played for you at the inspection and makes explaining
this out of reach area very effective. The video camera is
also used to show you the attic and crawl space, if

Your inspector will take you on a detailed walk
through of the home explaining his findings as you go and
you'll have an opportunity to have your concerns and
questions addressed. If you are a first time home buyer,
special attention will be given to explaining maintenance
tips and suggestions. As a Canspec client you'll receive
HomeReport the most detailed and comprehensive, client
focused Home Inspection Guide available. This approximately
200 page report outlines your inspector's findings and
recommendations. It also includes clear and concise system
drawings, easy to understand supportive text, maintenance
and budgeting information, tips and customizable filing
envelopes. HomeReport will be
filled out by your inspector and presented to you at
the end of your inspection.
