James Watters

James Watters is President and lead inspector for Canspec Building Services. He started in the home inspection field in 2001 after a career in new home construction. James achieved his RHI (Registered Home Inspector) status in 2004 and was since certified as an Energy Auditor, WETT Inspector and Level One Thermographer.

James' goal for Canspec is to help make it the premier choice for realtors who want to look out for their client's best interests. To that end, Canspec offers an inspection that is both educational and informative. Clients walk away from their inspection better able to make an informed decision.

James lives in Ajax with his wife, two sons, a granddaughter and Molson, the family Schnoodle.
